The long-standing success of Seneca Sawmill can be attributed to advanced technology and highly-skilled employees, operating hand-in-hand with Seneca Jones Timber Company to meet our nation's demand for lumber.

Aaron Jones has been granted over 25 US and Canadian patents in various sawmill technologies, which have been developed through the close teamwork and cooperation of management, operations and engineering.  This technology is an integral part of our mills. Seneca maintains a research and development program designed to continually increase the quality and quantity of wood fiber recovered from the log.

We produced 18 million board feet of lumber in 1954. Today, our yearly production exceeds 350 million board feet. This has been accomplished through dedicated and proud teamwork, coupled with demand for excellence in every step of production.
